At Sushiber we have been making sushi in Dénia since 2018. Every piece is made to order, by hand, with fresh produce and our bluefin tuna as the star. We are a Japanese restaurant in the centre of Dénia, at Avenida Juan Chabás, 3, and our guests rate us 4.7 on Google from more than 800 reviews.

Our menu combines Japanese technique with local produce and a Peruvian and Mediterranean touch:
- Nigiri and sashimi of bluefin tuna, tuna belly, salmon and fish of the day.
- House rolls, such as the Anticuchero roll or the Japan in Peru, with our own sauces and toppings.

A Japanese restaurant in the centre of Dénia
Since June 2025 we have been welcoming you in our new premises, fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. Come for lunch or dinner, as a couple, with friends or with the family, and enjoy your sushi with our cocktails and gin and tonics.
